Job Description
|
• To support the global TIBCO Middleware environment infrastructures.
• To safeguard global operational integrity of business critical infrastructure environment.
• To provide full support to the production release management activities - OAT/UAT/TIP.
• To ensure the standard DCT GO processes are followed, e.g. Problem Management, Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.
• To collaborate with DCT global colleagues on improving systems architecture and processes.
• To manage ad-hoc projects.
• To provide secondary support for WinTel, Unix and Database administration.
