Job Description
|
Our client is looking to staff a team of strong Tibco developers at every level.
Requirements:
TIBCO Developers (approx 10 – 15 resources)
Strong TIBCO Development & Design experience. Telco industry preferred.
TIBCO Senior Developer (approx 3 – 5)
Significant TIBCO Development & Design Experience. Telco industry preferred.
Previous experience leading development groups.
Capable of mentoring team members and simultaneously developing TIBCO services.
Our client is currently making use of the following TIBCO products:
1 TIBCO Runtime Agent
2 TIBCO Administrator
3 TIBCO BusinessWorks
4 TIBCO BusinessWorks SmarMapper Plug-In
5 TIBCO EMS
6 TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries
7 TIBCO Adapter for ActiveDatabase
8 TIBCO Hawk
9 TIBCO Rendezvous

Project Location: Melbourne, Australia
High-Level Role Description
All resources will be working on developing the integration between Siebel and Kenan (billing)
The integration will be based on a TIBCO interface
Role Duration
Roles are expected to last anywhere from 6 months to a year (potentially longer in some cases)
Current Stage of Work
The current stage is requirements / high-level design
Flights / Return Flights
Flights to and from home country can be expensed
Resources will be permitted to fly back to their home location every three months (minimum stay of 2 weeks – working offshore during this time is permitted)
Accommodations
Corporate living accommodations will be provided
Daily Rate
To be discussed/finalized
Daily Per Diems
$50.00 USD per business day
Methodology
The methodology that will be used is a typical development standard – define requirements; create system designs, development and unit test, application / integration testing, deployment.
Likelihood of Add on Work
As mentioned in the role duration, there is a VERY high likelihood that additional work (1-3 year possibility)
Client is in the second of a 5 year IT Transformation program and integration is a major component of the transformation.
Bringing Family (wife and children)
Expected to stay 1 year – and they are only permitted 1 fly back per year.
Visa
Visa will be required – We will work with immigration specialists in Melbourne to acquire these.
